Preparation:

As a safety precaution, combine phase A ingredients in a closed mixing vessel with a condenser and nitrogen gas to make the head space inert. Heat to 85°C and mix. Cool to 30°C with mixing. Add phase B with mixing. Add phase C with mixing. Add phase D with mixing.
