Preparation:

Combine phase A ingredients and mix. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and mix. Add phase A to phase B very slowly (drop by drop) while mixing at 1200 rpm. When all of the water phase has been added, continue mixing for 15 minutes at 1000 rpm.
