Preparation:Add phase A ingredients to mixing vessel and heat to 85°C using a water bath and mixing at 400 rpm with a marine propeller-type blade. Heat phase B to 85°C separately. Increase mixing speed for phase A to 600 rpm. Add phase B to phase A, mixing until homogeneous. Remove from heat, and cool with mixing to 50°C. Add phase C and phase D. Continue mixing and cool to 35°C. Pour into an appropriate container.
