Preparation:
In a vessel equipped with heating and agitation capabilities, add phase A.
Add ingredients of phase B. Heat to 60°C-65°C
Add phase C. Mix until well dissolved.
Cool to ambient temperature. Add phase D.
Adjust pH and viscosity with ingredients of phase E, if necessary.

Appearance: Viscous liquid
pH: 5.5-6.0
Viscosity (@25°C RV 6 at 20 rpm): 8,500-9,500 cps
Storage/stability: Freeze-thaw – stable for 3 cycles/1 month at 45°C
