1. Phase-A: combine water and Styleze® W-20
heat to 80-85°C with good agitation.
2. Separately heat ProLipid® 161 to 75°C; add to Phase-A while
vigorously mixing; maintain the temperature for 20 minutes.
3. Cool slowly to 60°C then switch to sweep mixing; add Si-Tec™
AME 6057 with thorough mixing.
4. Continue cooling; add Liquid Germall Plus below 40°C.
5. Concentrate equals 91% of the total formula. Fill PAM
or Epoxy-lined cans with 91g of concentrate, crimp,
and aerosolize with propellants.

Formulation Description
This luxurious rinse-out conditioning mousse can be used in the shower
after shampooing. Disperses easily through wet hair, providing moisture-rich
conditioning, shine, and manageability. ProLipid® 161 creates the luxurious
thick foam in this mousse formulation. In addition delivers soft feel and
anti-stat properties to hair. Styleze® W-20 enhances conditioning and
manageability. Styleze® W-20 enhances deposition of quaternary
compounds to hair. Hair is left shiny and replenished.
