Preparation:
1. Combine Sequence #1 ingredients and heat to 78-80°C with propeller mixing.
2. Heat combined Sequence #2 to 78-80°C and mix until clear and uniform.
3. Slowly add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 with propeller mixing.
4. Slowly cool batch with mixing to 45°C and add Sequence #3.
5. Switch to a Silverson homogenizer and mix at 4,000 rpm until homogeneous.
6. Switch back to propeller mixing, add Sequence #4 and cool batch to 25°C.
Notes:
pH: 5.87
Viscosity: TF @ 0.6 rpm = 540,600 cps +/- 10%
Stability: 1 month at 50°C
