Preparation:
Phase A: 1. Disperse Avicel into water. 2. Mix until Avicel hydrates. 3. Add remaining Phase A ingredients. 4. Heat to 80-90°C. 5. Mix until uniform

Phase B: 6. Combine Phase B ingredients. 7. Heat to 85-95°C. 8. Mix until all ingredients melt and mixture is uniform. 9. Add Phase B to Phase A with agitation. 10. Mix at 4,000 RPM for 2 minutes. 11. Switch to anchor mixer. 12. Mix while cooling to 35°C.

Phase C: 13. At 35°C, add Phase C into Phase A+B. 14. Mix and continue cooling to room temperature.
