in-cosmetics India is returning to Mumbai, the personal care manufacturing hub of India, from 17 to 18 Sept. Held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, the exhibition will bring together international and Indian suppliers in the field of personal care and homecare ingredients. New for this year, Spectrum, an exciting new feature, will showcase global innovations on the theme of colour, from haircare to skincare, suncare, decoratives and make-up plus colour symbolism, therapy and psychology. With a strong focus on education, in-cosmetics India will also include a Conference and workshops focusing on the formulation of a skin-whitening lotion as well as free Innovations Seminars

“FORMULATE ASIA 2008: From Concept to Reality”
Description:
The first educational workshop
that combines background information in the form of technical presentations, with
hands-on lab sessions, under the guidance of experts.
This two-day workshop aims to provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of
the product development process in our industry to enable them to avoid common
pitfalls, as well as provide fresh insights in ingredients and formulation technologies.
The second day laboratory session will enable participants to apply what they have
learned in an actual laboratory setting. This workshop caters primarily to cosmetic
formulators. Interested professionals from the cosmetic industry are most welcome to
attend.
FORMULATE ASIA 2008 is jointly organized by the Society of Cosmetic Scientists (Singapore)
www.scss.org.sg and The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association of Singapore (CTFAS)
wwwctfas.org.sg. This is a first for these two organisations with the aim of bringing together
the ideal blend of scientific, marketing and regulatory perspectives.
